We Need Donations
Towards the One Million Mission.
The barrier to entry for tech is so much lower than in other professions, yet the returns are higher. According to a report by Payscale, a tech employee earns 2x to 5x more salary than a peer in a non-tech role. Despite the proven value of tech, “financial need” remains a fundamental obstacle for young people, as many African youths live below a living wage.
Our goal is to create and increase the earning power of one million African youths in tech through training and resources to help them impact and contribute to the development of Africa socially and economically.
