About Ingressive for Good

Story About Us
Where it all began

Who we are

Ingressive for Good exists to equip young Africans in need with tech skills to help them impact and contribute to the development of Africa, socially and economically. Ingressive For Good (I4G) was created to address the glaring inequities that exist within African tech ecosystems.

We award partial scholarships for tech final year students in need, to the Ivy Leagues of Africa. This financial support also provides a laptop for the student, to aid their education. Every student who receives this scholarship will automatically become a part of the I4G Alumni.

Technical Training

This is a core digital skills training done in partnership with reputable tech trainers like the HNG and Enye program. The goal is to provide resources and hands-on, practical training to help young Africans gain and perfect tech skills to make them job-ready.

Talent Placement

Through partnerships with corporates, job placement companies, and recruiters seeking Africa’s brightest tech talent, we will place the top five percent of our trained and upskilled Ingressive for Good alumni members into 5,000 jobs in the next five years.

Where the money goes

The young African tech talent we are focused on is passionate about using tech to solve real problems and grow, but this talent is limited by the availability of resources, finance, and network to enhance growth. They have the capacity to grow, given the right resources.

History About Us

While building a successful Venture Capital firm, we recognized the inequities in the tech ecosystem and how bridging those inequities could catalyze growth opportunities for the African continent. So, On July 1st, 2020, we launched a not for profit arm, Ingressive For Good (I4G).

Our mission is to increase the earning power of Africans by training 1,000,000 tech talents in Africa and connecting them to 5,000 jobs. We are doing this in three core ways: Micro-scholarships, Technical Training, and Talent Placement.

With your help, we can impact the lives of thousands of African youths in the tech ecosystem.
