You will be the lead software developer of our 3 people strong frontend team, actively contributing to the design, development and maintenance of the user interface of UbiOps; the UbiOps WebApp. Our frontend software stack consists of React with Redux, interacting with an extensive REST API that is the gateway to our platform.
As the lead developer, you will set and improve the standards for the rest of the frontend team.
You will ensure that the user experience and (coding) quality of our UbiOps frontend is best in class. You will encourage your colleagues to continue developing themselves and be at their best. You will pave the way when designing new features and exploring and selecting technologies.
You and your team members are part of an agile and multidisciplinary team of software
developers, data scientists, machine learning engineers and technology consultants, giving you plenty of opportunities to grow your experience and explore new technologies. On a daily basis, you will interact frequently with the backend team to align on features, API functionality and protocols.
What we are looking for
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, of which at least 1 year with React, Angular, vue.js.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is a must, Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and modern web standards.
• Comfortable working with REST API backends.
• Experience with Docker
• Ability to write structured, clean and documented code.
• Accustomed to Scrum or other agile software development methodology
• Experience with Python and cloud services such as Google Cloud or AWS is a plus.
• Affinity with big data, streaming architectures and data science concepts is a plus.
• Curious, resourceful and a quick learner. You enjoy experimenting and won’t give up easily!
• Strong communication and team-player abilities.
• Comfortable with leading a team, setting the team standards and facilitating and making team decisions.
• Independent with a hands-on working mentality.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will explore the market for new opportunities and start generating revenue within the region for Chore-Time, through partnering with key Distributors and end customers.
Main Tasks
• You will understand the poultry and equipment market, work closely with distributors to identify, develop, execute, and follow-up on sales and distribution strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• You will present technical information, educate and train distributors on the product lines and project and quoting systems, while also developing strong relationships to meet mutual sales goals.
• You will partner with distributors to work with customers on large projects, obstacles, and ongoing support to maintain and grow the brand and customer base.
• You will attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events to network and develop sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Functional Skills: Proven ability in growing sales in a large capital industry ($50k – $1M projects); ability to learn the technical and market attributes to build sales success; ability to educate and influence distributors to market and sell the product lines; excellent planning, organizing, and execution skills to be successful in the role. Main Task
• Following, with a high level of autonomy, vehicle control topics, from high
level requirement definition down to system architecture design, logic
design, SW implementation, SW testing;
• Design of control logics for mechatronic systems Development of
embedded SW both in C language and Model Based Design, using
